Healing Through Vibration: Release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—one frequency at a time.

Embrace stillness— Schedule Your Reset

When you’re constantly “on,” your body forgets how to rest.

You keep pushing because people rely on you.
But your nervous system is running on fumes.

Maybe your chest is always tight.
Maybe your thoughts never stop looping.
Maybe you fall asleep from exhaustion but wake up just as tense.
You’ve tried meditation, but your mind won’t quiet down.
You’ve tried rest, but you can’t fully drop in.

Your body is holding stress in places you didn’t realize were clenched.
Your emotions feel stuck in your throat or swallowed completely.
You’re tired of talk, tired of being “on,” tired of managing it all without a real reset.

And somewhere inside, you know:
You don’t just need another strategy.
You need a soft landing for your whole system to exhale.

And the longer your system stays in survival mode, the more it starts to bleed into everything.

At work, you’re productive—but detached. Focus is harder. You feel foggy or resentful, even when you’re succeeding.

In your relationships, you snap or shut down. You say you’re “just tired,” but it’s more than that. You feel distant—from others and yourself.

You’re skipping meals, pushing through headaches, clenching your jaw through meetings, crying in the car before you pull it together again.

Sleep doesn’t help. Vacations don’t fix it.

You’ve been trying to mentally manage something that’s physiological and energetic.

And now your body is asking you to listen.

You don’t have to talk your way into healing. You can feel your way there.

Sound therapy is a powerful tool to help you regulate your nervous system, process stress, and reconnect to your inner calm—without needing to explain or analyze anything.

Through the intentional use of instruments like crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls, I guide your body into a state of deep rest and resonance. The vibrations speak directly to your nervous system, gently encouraging it to release tension, calm the mind, and rebalance your energy.

Whether you’re in a private session or attending a group sound bath, each experience is designed to help you:

    • Shift from survival mode into restoration
    • Move stuck emotion through the body
    • Reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or ignored

You don’t need to be “good at relaxing.”

You just need a safe space—and the right frequencies—to let go.

Release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—one frequency at a time. Sessions may also incorporate breathwork, guided visualization, or gentle somatic prompts to help you integrate what your body is releasing.

FAQ's

Q: What actually happens in a sound therapy session?

A: You’ll either lie down (in-person) or find a comfortable seated or reclined position (virtually), fully clothed, with your eyes closed if that feels safe. I’ll use a range of instruments—like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and more—to create intentional sound vibrations that help your body and nervous system release tension and restore balance.

You don’t have to “do” anything. Just show up and let the sound do the rest.

Q: What if I can’t relax or quiet my mind?

A: That’s actually one of the biggest reasons people come. Sound therapy helps shift your brain and body into a more relaxed state, even if your mind is busy. You don’t need to force stillness or perform calm—your system will start to settle naturally as the session unfolds.

Q: What’s the difference between a private session and a group sound bath?

A: Private sessions are customized to your unique needs and may include somatic prompts or brief check-ins to support deeper integration. Group sound baths are community-based experiences, perfect for routine nervous system support or intentional rest. Both are powerful—just different in vibe and focus.

Q: Is this therapy or spiritual work?

A: Sound therapy lives at the intersection of science and spirit. It’s not a substitute for talk therapy, but it can be a powerful complement—especially for those who need rest, energetic release, or a safe reconnection with their body. You get to decide how spiritual or grounding the experience feels for you.

Q: Do you offer virtual sessions?

A: Yes. I offer online sound therapy sessions for clients using a virtual platform. The setup is simple, and I’ll guide you through everything you need to feel supported from wherever you are.
